They offer programs and activities to encourage others to reduce pollution plant trees and more. Eco clubs play an important role in creating environmental awareness amongst the future generation.

Health is defined as the overall mental and physical state of a person, the absence of disease is also called health. Wellness refers to the state of being in optimal mental and physical health.

Silambam is a weapon-based martial art of India.The first stages of Silambam practice are meant to provide a foundation for fighting and to condition the body for the training itself.
